Delete your account — Emberwright Rivals

Last updated: 2 October 2026

This page explains how to delete your Emberwright Rivals account and what happens to the data attached to it, whether you still have the game installed or not.

Short version

Your account lives on your phone, and deleting it in the game — or uninstalling — removes it from there. Three things live elsewhere and are not removed by uninstalling: a record of each purchase on our server, a short server log entry written when a purchase was made, and, if you signed in, a copy of your progress in your own Google account. All three are covered below.

It cannot be undone. Purchases are not refunded and do not transfer — a deleted account starts again from nothing.

From inside the game

Open Settings and press Delete account. The button arms on the first press and asks again; the second press deletes. This erases your display name, level, progress, gear, currencies and the record of what you have bought.

If you have already uninstalled

Uninstalling removed everything the game kept on your phone. What it did not remove is the record of your purchases on our server: one row per order, carrying the Google order number, which product it was, when it was granted, and the account it belongs to. That is what Restore Purchases reads. Beside it the server keeps a short log entry from the moment of each purchase request, holding the first eight characters of your player id and the product. Those are the same eight characters Settings shows as your id, and the same ones this page asks you to quote when you write in — so it is a handle our support can use, not an opaque stub.

To have those rows removed — or to remove anything you have sent us, an email you wrote to support, for instance — write to support@ingotsupply.com and we will answer.

If you signed in with Google Play Games

Signing in is optional. If you did, deleting the account also replaces the copy of your progress kept in your Play Games account with a deletion marker, so it is not restored later.

If the phone cannot reach Google at that moment, or you close the game before it finishes, the game completes that step the next time it starts while signed in to the same account on that phone. A copy of your save on a different phone of yours is not affected, and would sync again if you played there.

Google keeps its own record of your Play Games account and your purchases, which is not ours to delete. Google's privacy tools cover that, and you can remove Emberwright Rivals from your Play Games profile in Google's own settings.

What is deleted, and when

On your device Immediately, by the in-app button or by uninstalling
Play Games saved progress Replaced with a deletion marker at the same time, or at the next sign-in on that phone
Anything you sent us by email Within 30 days of asking us at [email protected]
Purchase records on our server Kept as long as tax and accounting law requires, then deleted; removed sooner on request where the law allows
Server log entries from purchase requests Not deleted on request — they expire on their own 30 days after the request was made. They sit in the server's own logs rather than in the purchase database, so erasing your purchase rows does not reach them
Purchase records held by Google Kept under Google's own policy; see the privacy policy

What we hold, and what we do not

We hold one row per purchase, described above, and the short server log entry beside it. Nothing else.

We hold no copy of your save — the copy made when you sign in goes to your Google account, not ours — and no record of how you play: no analytics destination is connected to the game, so those events never leave your phone at all. The privacy policy sets out everything that leaves the device: purchases, optional sign-in and saved progress going to Google, and a settings request the game makes on every launch, which carries a random id, the app version and the platform and is not recorded against you.
